Exchange & Cancellation
PARTIES
Require at least a 72 hours notice for 100% refund. Payments made to vendors or items such as food, etc. will not be refunded. Food items are non-refundable.
NON-PARTIES SERVICES
Require at least a 24 hours notice for 100% refund. Cancellations in less then 24 hours will receive a 50% refund.
GIFT PACKAGES
Require at least a 24 hours notice for 100%. Cancellations inside the 24 hours period, will receive a 50% refund. Non-refundable once delivered.
GIFT CARDS
May not be redeemed for cash, just services and products.
